The Blade Guard Claymore is our heavy-duty frame armor designed specifically for the extreme demands of Downhill, Freeride, and bike park riding. Named after the legendary two-handed sword, the Claymore features a novel tri-material composite architecture that provides maximum energy absorption for heavy bottoming-out impacts and high-velocity trail projectiles. At 5.0 mm thick, it delivers absolute frame protection under the most severe riding conditions.

Tri-Material Stratification & Encapsulation
The Claymore represents a major leap in bike armor engineering. Rigid, high-strength carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide (PA12-CF) reinforcement inserts are completely subsurface-encapsulated within a flexible PA-TPU elastomeric body. By selectively embedding rigid armor plates only where impact energy is focused, the Claymore delivers the heavy impact-shattering performance of a rigid skid plate with the lightness and frame-molding conformity of a soft elastomeric guard.
Engineered Hinge Array
The subsurface carbon composite inserts are arranged in a precise array of octagonal geometries and isolated by flexible polymer hinges. This layout allows the robust 5.0 mm profile to flex and wrap around asymmetrical, complex frame tubes, while maintaining an unyielding structural block that prevents sharp, flying rocks from puncturing high-value carbon or aluminum frames.
