Mid-Weight Enduro & All-Mountain Frame Protection
The Blade Guard Saber is a mid-weight frame protection system engineered for Enduro, All-Mountain, and aggressive trail riding. It delivers the heavy-duty protective performance features an intuitive, room-temperature installation process that gets your bike ready for the trail in minutes. The Saber provides substantial downtube and bottom bracket armor to shield carbon and aluminum frames from high-velocity rock strikes and trail impacts.
Key Features
· Engineered Hinge & Flex Architecture: Utilizes an advanced internal geometric array that allows the profile to flex, bend, and seamlessly conform around complex, asymmetrical frame contours and tight tube profiles without wrinkling or edge lifting.
· Sequential Dovetail Linking: Integrates sliding male/female dovetail joints that lock together sequentially directly on the frame substrate, enabling a seamless, customized, and gap-free protective shield.
· Enduro-Grade Armor Balance: A mid-weight 4mm thick armor design that strikes the perfect balance between high-impact energy absorption and low weight for aggressive all-mountain terrain.
· Multi-Material 3D-Printed Matrix with Expansive Color Variety: Pairs a shock-absorbing 95A TPU base with a rigid 72D TPU/Nylon impact cap, giving riders an extensive selection of colors to perfectly match their frame graphics.

Materials & Engineering
Dual-Compound Impact Shielding
The Saber is manufactured using an advanced additive co-molding process that fuses two distinct material layers. The base layer consists of a soft, flexible Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU 95A) containing an engineered grid of discrete pillars and expansion slots. Upon impact, these pillars compress to absorb and dissipate kinetic energy before it can reach your frame. The top layer is composed of a rigid TPU/Nylon hybrid with a Shore D hardness of 72. This low-friction cap deflects incoming trail debris and allows the frame to slide smoothly off obstacles, reducing the risk of adhesive snags or delamination.
Modular Dovetail Scaling
The sliding male/female dovetail joint allows riders to customize their coverage layout. Each segment is connected and applied sequentially directly to the frame substrate. This design prevents water and mud from being trapped beneath the joints, ensuring a clean, continuous shield along downtubes, toptubes, chainstays, or seatstays.
