AETHER LABS MTB – SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Fulfillment Times Aether Labs MTB is a small-batch, owner-operated manufacturing company. All products are produced, inspected, and packaged in-house. Because of this hands-on approach, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Speeds Once your order has been processed and leaves the workshop, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

• Standard Domestic: [3-7] business days.

• Expedited Domestic: [1-3] business days.

Please note: Purchasing an expedited shipping option only speeds up the carrier's transit time. It does not bypass the 7 to 14 business day manufacturing and processing window.

Order Tracking When your shipping label is generated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's portal to update with the initial scan.

Address Modifications If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at sales@aetherlabsmtb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment queue or shipped, the destination address cannot be modified.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
